ADDING A LITTLE LOCAL FLAVOR TO THE SPRINGS
They say stick to what you know. Well, if there’s one thing Base Camp knows, it’s flavor. If there’s two things we know, it’s flavor and Colorado. So we decided the best way to move forward was with some excellent flavors inspired by the resources we have in our own back yard. Olathe Corn, Bison, Palisade peach, Trout, and Pueblo chili serve as a jumping off point for flavors and dishes that have to be tasted to be believed.
